Shipping policy

Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the courier company, anything that may happen becomes out of our control therefore we hold NO responsibility.

We will provide you with a tracking number and confirmation at the immediate time it is created. Any questions beyond this point has to be raised to Pass The Parcel within NZ or NZ Post if international. 

When shipping we use Pass the Parcel courier with a flat rate of $6 within NZ $8 rural within NZ

A tracking ticket is added to all orders within New Zealand and provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

For all International orders we follow the guide lines provided by New Zealand post. The length of time given is out of our control if received outside of the estimated time frame given during the checkout process.

There are two options when shipping overseas orders. Australia $15 economy tracked  and $35 courier

We use Pass the Parcel within New Zealand and NZ Post for international.
